Cell Storage

Important Information

  • We start the cell storage process as soon as we receive cell samples from our partner clinics.
  • Each year we will contact you to confirm your intent to keep your cells in storage.
  • Monthly storage fees will be collected by direct deposit.
  • It takes us about 2 months to set up your direct deposit account after receiving your signed Direct Deposit Authorization Form. Once your account is set up your first payment will include all months during the initial processing period.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your cell storage contract before the yearly renewal period, please send a completed Cancellation Form to the address below at least 2 months in advance. Any remaining monthly storage fees will be returned to you after processing and your direct deposit account will be canceled within 2 months after we receive your cancellation request.
